About Jennifer

Jennifer grew up by the sea in Donegal and spent most of her time in it. She has been involved in teaching and coaching swimming and surf lifesaving since the 90’s. She has a wealth of information about the sea due to her Marine Science background and an abundance of experience working as a beach lifeguard in Donegal. She currently holds the Water Safety Ireland Beach Lifeguard Award and is active in water safety in Co. Wicklow.

UK Cold Water Swimming Championships

Jennifer has competed at national and international level in the sport of Surf Life Saving since a junior, and currently in the masters category.
