About the Sessions

We will provide you with the skills to practice properly so you can perfect your swimming technique.

We are available for one-on-one or group coaching sessions. With a low coach to swimmer ratio in the group sessions we are able to focus on the individual’s needs, as well as providing an enjoyable and safe group environment where you will improve your swimming. Safety and knowledge of your surroundings will add to your confidence levels and enable you to be more comfortable in the water, which leads to a confident, strong swimmer.

After trying and failing to learn freestyle/front crawl and giving up, I heard about Jen’s lessons. Deciding to give it another go I joined her classes. What can I say?! Jen has the gift of identifying each individual’s requirements. Her teaching is fun and so inclusive. She is extremely generous with her time and her love for the sea and swimming is totally infectious. I have gone from feeling seriously wiped out after 25 meters to achieving my personal goal of swimming to the rocks and back in Bray—a total of 770 meters! She gave me the confidence and technique to reach my goal. More importantly she has given me a love of sea swimming and feeling the water which is magical. Her teaching also includes safety, respect for the sea, knowledge of tides and currents, sighting, equipment, and dolphin dives which are brilliant. I am proud to wear my SeaSwim hat. It’s never too late to learn. Thank you, Jen!
